With a BA in Economics from the Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA); MSc in Economics, Institutions and Public Policies of Università della Svizzera Italiana and Sacro Cuore di Milano; and a postgraduate degree in Communication Competences from the Universidad Austral in Buenos Aires; she has been advising organizations on sustainable management throughout her career, raising awareness on sustainability issues in the media, academic and corporate events.

Victoria has worked as sustainabilty specialist at Deloitte and collaborates with Sustenia on environmental management projects.

Graduate Degree in Human Resources from Universidad del Salvador; Master of Science in Organizational Studies from Universidad de San Andrés, and Ontological Coach from the Argentine School of Coaching and PNL. She has advised various companies in human resources issues and worked in different NGOs. She was part of Telecom Argentina´s sustainability team and carried out reporting processes in different companies. She has led sustainability training sessions at Universidad Nacional del Centro, Facultad de Ingeniería, and collaborates with research and reporting projects in Sustenia.
