With a BA in Economics from the Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA); MSc in Economics, Institutions and Public Policies of Università della Svizzera Italiana and Sacro Cuore di Milano; and a postgraduate degree in Communication Competences from the Universidad Austral in Buenos Aires; she has been advising organizations on sustainable management throughout her career, raising awareness on sustainability issues in the media, academic and corporate events.

She has advised various companies in human resources issues and worked in different NGOs. She was part of Telecom Argentina´s sustainability team and carried out reporting processes in different companies. She has led sustainability training sessions at Universidad Nacional del Centro, Facultad de Ingeniería, and collaborates with research and reporting projects in Sustenia.
